Front End Web Developer | Belfast | >£40k

Fuelled by our restored faith in Web Development and inspired by Superman’s UI/UX Design, The Justice League enlists the support of Batman and Wonder Woman to help recruit a Front End Web Developer. Your job will be to support and develop an inhouse cloud platform that enables enterprise grade, native mobile apps to be created quickly & effectively for each individual client. These Apps allow large enterprise businesses to inform, engage and Unite their people, and therefore improve employee engagement, improve collaboration and increase staff morale.

Despite the formation of an unprecedented league of heroes — Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and the Flash — it may be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions, but it’s never to late to catapult your career to a Superhero status and join an award-winning team.

You will ideally have front-end development experience ideally within a .Net development environment, and a keen sense for UI/UX design. Working within the product development team you will play a key role in the further development of the core product.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing our SaaS product utilising modern web technologies
  • Creating functional and attractive solutions, ensuring great user experience.
  • Helping to define and influence the future technical direction for the evolution of the product
  • Working within an agile environment to develop high quality software

 

 

Skills, attributes and experience

The following are essential:

  • Experience of developing modern applications using web technologies (HTML, Javascript, CSS, AngularJS, KnockoutJS) and/or client side technologies (WPF, Silverlight etc.)
  • Knowledge of working with JavaScript frameworks
  • Interest in creating a user-friendly environment by writing code which incorporates the latest digital technologies to combine usability and performance with visual design
  • Ability to work under general direction within a clear framework of accountability
  • Ability to plan, schedule and monitor work activities to meet time and quality Targets.
