The LEGO Batman is searching for his sidekick in crime as there are big changes brewing in Belfast. He wants to save the UK from The Joker’s hostile Web & recruit a duo of Web Developers to help stop an evil tyrant.
A small team of UX/Web Designers and Developers already exist, although they are thought to be the prophesied ‘Special’, this is an opportunity to help them provide bespoke customised Web Development for both the internal & external customers. Your work would be focused on the user experience, making the applications visually impressive and to the highest standard of usability.
You will work in a creative team environment to develop professional user interfaces in html/CSS/JavaScript (jQuery) code to form page templates, themes, automation, website productivity and reports that are accessible across all common browsers. You will help provide diligent user testing and ensure your work delivers an intuitive and memorable user experience. You will advise on user interface best practices to meet performance and client requirements & contribute to continuous improvements.
Experience Required
- 3+ years UX/Web Development experience
- Strong HTML, CSS, LESS & SASS Experience
- Proficient in PHP and Javascript
- Good understanding of backend functionality
- Demonstrated experience in developing responsive, cross-browser websites
- Proven understanding of web and mobile technologies and standards
- Demonstrable experience of usability/accessibility best practices
- Excellent project management, organisational and interpersonal skills.
