Data Analyst Manager | Telford or Birmingham | >£40,000
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst Manager to oversee the development and use of our client’s data systems. Your role will be to discover efficient ways to organise, store and analyse data with attention to security and confidentiality.
You will be able control and understand the management information and complexity of the data while managing the results of specified campaigns. You will have a strong understanding of databases and data analysis procedures to ensure that information flows timely and securely across all Systems. You will help support the Sales Teams that will also be linked to various marketing campaigns, so you will work hand in hand with Sales & Marketing to devise internal and external campaigns.
Your Role
- Create and enforce policies for effective data management
- Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data
- Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects
- Establish rules and procedures for data sharing with upper management, external stakeholders etc.
- Support others in the daily use of data systems and ensure adherence to legal and company standards
- Assist with reports and data extraction when needed
- Monitor and analyse information and data systems and evaluate their performance to discover ways of enhancing them (new technologies, upgrades etc.)
- Ensure digital databases and archives are protected from security breaches and data losses
- Troubleshoot data-related problems and authorise maintenance or modifications

To be successful in this role you will require proven experience as a data analyst & or manager & have an analytical mindset with great problem-solving skills. This is a hybrid role, so you will work along side the sales team for 3 days and the commercial/marketing team for 2 days.
