Your Role:
You will scope project delivery timescales, schedule meetings with internal and external clients, manage budget requirements and manage each project against specific KPI’s. You will manage an existing portfolio of clients, along with some new business. Your role overall, will be to provide an excellent customer experience and ensure your customers are receiving the best possible service and results within the projected timescales.
About You:
You will be proactive, charismatic and confident along with being ‘Super’ organized. You will also be expected to identify other potential opportunities to improve your client’s accounts and maximize your customers ROI. You will need to be commercially aware, be able to manage budgets and be confident producing weekly updates and reports. You will also require good IT skills within the Microsoft packages, along with being confident using email, skype and other screen share software.
Experience within Project Management, Account Management, Client Relationship Services, Customer Experience or similar would be an advantage.
