We are looking to develop, train, mentor and support an IT Support Technician on a full time, permanent basis. Have you recently graduated from an apprenticeship, college or degree related Tech discipline or do you already have 1-2 years experience and are ready for a new challenge, if yes, we want to hear from you?

You will join a technical team where you will learn the skills you need to become an excellent IT Support Technician, work on a busy IT Helpdesk and work within a team of Technical Support Engineers. You will gain real life skills that are relevant and in demand while setting excelling your career.

Your job will develop overtime, but to begin with you will be primarily answering incoming technical enquiries via phone and email, completing pre-defined automated tasks using an in house system, and gaining valuable expertise within various web applications.

To be successful in this role you will need to be highly organized, have great communication skills, confident on the phone and competent writing emails. You will want to work as part of a team and deliver excellent customer service. This is a developing role, so we are looking for someone who wants to progress, develop, and increase their knowledge and salary over the next 12 months+.
