We are currently searching for a Sales and Advertising Manager to join one of Northern Ireland’s most established and well respected Advertising Agencies and become part of their ‘Golden Circle’.

Are you a passionate, experience sales professional, with a proven track record of managing large accounts? Do you want to join a team that has an excellent track record and award winning success over the last twenty years & continues to dominate the industry?

You will be tasked with generating advertising and sponsorship revenues for new and existing clients in order to achieve personal and overall company targets, along with supporting a team of sales agents and sharing industry knowledge and expertise.

Your Role:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland.
• To offer clients a options of print, online, digital, sponsorships, to best achieve their objectives.
• To Up sell advertising packages to new and existing clients
• To prepare proposals and client correspondence.
• To develop and deliver presentations to clients, to win new business.
• To contribute to the strategic development of the business through direct and face to face sales.
• To support commercial production.
• To keep abreast of developments in the media and commercial advertising sectors.
• To support & manage other members of the sales team
• Report directly into the managing director.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in media sales or a similar environment.
• Proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment
• Proven experience of prospecting and delivering new business.
• 3 years People Management Experience
• You will be target driven, a sell starter, proactive, creative, good at building relationships and passionate about selling advertising for a leading
