We are looking you to join an established growing business in Staffordshire that develops software solutions specifically for the leisure and well being industries, and be part of the team as a Systems Trainer. Your role will be to deliver product training and installations that help to improve the client journey and support business growth. This is a field-based role, so most of your time will be spent visiting client locations. A background in software training, technical training or systems training will be an advantage for this role. Full systems training will be provided to you.
Your Role:
- Onsite Product training and installations
- Project meetings
- Installing drivers and peripherals
- Data configuration
- Conducting on-line webinars
- Product documentation
About You:
- Previous software training, technical training or systems training
- Must be able to understand, develop and establish the needs of potential customers.
- Ability to influence, convince and build effective rapport with new and existing customers.
- Operate as part of a team.
- Driving Licence
