Technical Support Advisor | Birmingham | £21,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful manufacturing and distribution company based in North Birmingham. You should be confident, skilled & prepared to undertake training and enjoy working as part of a busy Technical Support department. You will need to have a great attention to detail and data entry needs to be accurate.
Your duties:
- To support design schedules for the building security industry
- Processing/supporting documents within production
- Supporting the sales team in the specification and design of Manufacturing Systems
Essential requirements:
- Proven experience of using computers, especially Excel and Word
- A minimum Grade C in Maths and English
- Good communication skills
- Fluent English – verbal and written.
