Technical Support Engineer | > £22,000 | Telford
Are you a talented, technical, and customer focused Technical Support Engineer that can deliver outstanding customer experience and support? Would you like to work with a customer/client base that would span from large international corporate businesses to smaller SME’s while receiving ongoing training, support and mentorship to enhance your skills?
Your job would be to support the end user with a variety of different queries, calls, online ticket support & trouble shooting. The supported applications are hosted on a LAMP stack and knowledge of these (or the capacity to develop understanding) is highly desirable. Some customers may have Web or Network Queries so experience with HTML/CSS & Networks would be beneficial.

To be successful in this role you would ideally have 1 year’s commercial experience, in either full time employment or an Apprenticeship.
